The Petitioner has challenged the refusal on the part of the Tribunal to grant ad-interim relief as prayed by the Petitioner. 2.

On the other hand, the Tribunal, in paragraph 5 of the impugned order, has clearly held that the promotion to the post of Director given during the pendency of the Original Application will be subject to outcome of the O.A.

Hence, we do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order, particularly because the present seniority list has been finalized by the Government pursuant to the order passed by the Tribunal dated 7.5.2015 in O.A. No. 1150 of 2012. Writ petition, therefore, is disposed of. All contentions of the Petitioner and the Respondents are kept open. We, however, direct the Tribunal to decide the O.A. within six months on merits and in accordance with law.
