The above Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a direction that the Respondent No.3 to submit a detailed action taken report as regards FIR No.110/2016 dated 2-6-2016. We are informed by the Learned APP Mr. Patil that the child Prince is presently in the custody of his mother at Surat. Upon this the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the forcible custody of the child has been taken notwithstanding the fact that the application of the mother for custody has been rejected by the concerned courts. If that be so, it is for the Petitioners to take appropriate steps in the Competent Court in that regard.
