DATED : 15th JANUARY, 2016 P.C. :- Having gone through the application and having heard learned APP for the Applicant State, we find that a case for early hearing of the said application is made out. The Registry is accordingly directed to place the Criminal Applications referred at prayer clause (a) at the bottom of admission board on 11th March, 2016. In so far as the matters filed at Aurangabad and Nagpur Benches are concerned, the Registry shall give notice to the applicants in those applications. Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
