There is no necessity to vacate the order dated 05/02/2014. However, since the same was made without hearing the Applicant, the said order dated 05/02/2014 to be treated as adinterim order. 2.

Further, since Writ Petition No.8338 of 2013 is yet to be admitted, it would be proper that the same is placed for admission on 25/08/2015 (on supplementary board).
