Yesterday, i.e., on 21st June 2016 the writ petition was placed before the Court for admission. None appeared for the Petitioner. The statement was made on behalf of Respondent No. 3 that petition is rendered infructuous and it be dismissed. However, in order to give one last opportunity to the Petitioner, we adjourned the petition to today. Today also none appears for the Petitioner. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for default. 2.

In view of the disposal of writ petition, application taken out in this writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
