DATE :

10th JANUARY 2017.

P.C. :

By this application, the revisional applicant / convicted accused is praying for reducing the bail amount from Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties or in the alternative to permit him to furnish more than two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. avk 1/2

903-APPR-7-2017.doc By order dated 7th December 2016, this court was pleased to release the revisional applicant / accused on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in like amount.

It is argued that the revisional applicant / accused may be permitted to furnish more than two sureties. It is stated that it is difficult for the revisional applicant to furnish two solvent sureties in order to make up the amount of bail of Rs.50,000/-. Considering the difficulty expressed by the revisional applicant / accused, he is permitted to furnish three sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in order to comply the order of releasing him on bail.

The order dated 7th December 2016 is modified to that extent by permitting the revisional applicant to furnish three sureties. The application is disposed of accordingly. (A. M. BADAR, J.) avk 2/2
