This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 22.04.2019 by Advocate Ajinkya M. Udane. He submitted that as the Petition was allowed, on the written instructions of the respondent, he has filed this Praecipe for extension of time. Mr. Kohli states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and the respondent never instructed him to file Praecipe for extension of time. 3.

In view thereof, Mr. Udane does not press this praecipe and the same stands disposed of.
