The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint dated 2nd December, 2014. Mr. Saste, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that the grievance made by the petitioner in the said complaint was looked into. The FIR, however, was not registered at it was found that the dispute raised by the petitioner was of civil nature. This decision has already been communicated to the petitioner. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement of learned APP, grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petitioner, is always at liberty, to file private complaint.
