This is an application for recalling the order dated 9.12.2014 thereby restoring the writ petition.

Mr. Bukhari invited my attention to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent no.1 and submitted that no sufficient cause is made out for recalling

After perusing the application as also the affidavit, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for granting the reliefs. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Writ Petition No.1486 of 2012 is restored to file of this Court.
