It is an application for Anticipatory Bail. The previous application viz. ABA No. 678 of 2019 was disposed of by this court vide order dated 15th July, 2019.

The said order read as follows:

"After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, Ld. Counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw this application. Permission granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such."

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have nothing to do with this transaction. The applicants were not involved in this case. In the application, it is stated that the earlier lawyer representing the applicants were not instructed to withdraw the Ganesh Lokhande

2 of 2 904-ABA-28-2020.doc application. Learned counsel also submits that the applicants were granted interim protection earlier and they were directed to attend the police station which direction was complied.

In this order dated 15th July, 2019, it is categorically stated that the Court was not inclined to grant the relief, hence the application allowed to be withdrawn. Hence the present application cannot be entertained.

ORDER
