The petitioners have invoked extraordinary constitutional jurisdiction of this Court challenging the order fixing the matter before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee for order. According to the petitioners, the matter is closed for order without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

If the petitioners are aggrieved by final order of the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee, the petitioners have alternative remedy of challenging final order passed against the petitioners. In case it is found that the final order is passed without granting proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, it is always open to the petitioners to raise such ground in appropriate proceedings as is available challenging final order passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee.

Keeping that contention open, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
