The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the Advocate on 1-4-2014. The reasons for the non appearance of the Advocate on the said day are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the above Civil Application. In so far as the Respondents are concerned, only the Learned AGP was appearing for the State at the time when the Petition came to be dismissed for non prosecution. Hence by accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. The Applicants / Petitioners to deposit costs of Rs.2000/- with the Maharashtra Legal Aid Fund within two weeks from date. List the Petition for admission after 3 weeks. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
