The above Review Petition seeks review of the order dated 31-102014 passed by this court by which order the above Writ Petition has been dismissed. The above Writ Petition was filed challenging the order dated 17-12014 passed by the Learned Judge of the City Civil Court, by which order the application for amendment of the plaint being Chamber Summons No.2060 of 2013, came to be dismissed. This court for the reasons mentioned in the said order dated 31-10-2014 has rejected the said Writ Petition. Having heard the Learned Counsel for the Review Petitioner, no case for review under any of the eventualities mentioned in Order XLVII of the Civil Procedure Code is made out. The Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
