Mr. Alaspurkar, AGP on instructions, states that the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation has fixed the hearing at 3.00 p.m. today and after hearing petitioners, would pass an order within a reasonable period. Mr. Thengal for petitioners states that the Hon'ble Minister has already heard the matter once before, i.e. on 12th October 2022. Petitioners, it seems, has also filed written arguments. Petitioners may appear before the Hon'ble Minister today at 3.00 p.m. and reiterate the stand before the Hon'ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister shall dispose the revision applications with a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of petitioners and communicate the order within four weeks from today.
