In Crime No. 384 of 2018 punishable under Sections 323, 307, 143, 147, 148 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Indian Arms Act, Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment and Section 37(1) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, the Applicant came to be arrested on 10th November 2018. 2.

The only role attributed to the Applicant is that the Applicant has assaulted the victim Yogesh @ Bunty Santosh Jadhav by fist blows.

2/3 Yadav 12.ba.17.2019 The Common intention is not spelt out from the contents of the First Information Report or Section invoked against the Applicant. There are no criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter, following order is passed.

ORDER

(A) The Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 384 of 2018 punishable under Sections 323, 307, 143, 147, 148 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Indian Arms Act, Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment and Section 37(1) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on executing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (B) The Applicant shall furnish his contact number to the Investigating Officer within a period of one week from today. (C) The Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

(D) The Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the police station till framing of charge.

(E) The Applicant shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
