The Applicant wants the order of this court passed on 6th January, 2015 in Criminal Application No. 979 of 2014 to be stayed for a period of four weeks as the Applicant intends to move the Supreme Court. Such a prayer was not Borey 1/2

spb/ 902msc11-15.sxw made immediately after the order was passed. Secondly, no prejudice will be caused to the applicant if the car is retained with respondent no.2. If at all the applicant succeeds in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, respondent no.2 can surrender the car before the police and the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court would be followed.

This Misc. Application is dismissed.
