By order dated 9th January 2018 the applicant was granted interim bail by suspending sentence awarded by the Trial Court and was directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that the Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court is not complying the aforesaid order, since the order does not specify as to which Court shall execute the said order. In view of this, the applicant is directed to execute the bail bond, as directed in order dated 9th January 2018 before the Trial Court. The praecipe dated 21st February 2018 stands disposed of.
