DATE : JANUARY 5, 2024 P.C. :

1.

My attention is invited to the order dated 23.10.2023 passed by this Court in Interim Application No.2270 of 2022. Due to financial difficulties stated in the application, the amount which was directed to be deposited by this Court in terms of clause (iv) of the operative part could not be deposited within the time stipulated.

2.

Learned APP opposed the application. It is submitted that already the fine amount was reduced and hence no further indulgence should be granted as a period has expired.
