P.C. :- The Petitioner has impugned the Order dated 8th May, 2018 in the above Writ Petition. The said Order is appealable as provided under Schedule E of Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the Superintendent of Land Records or an OfÏcer of equal rank as may be specified by the State Government in this behalf. The Petitioner is therefore granted liberty to file an Appeal before the appropriate authority. If the Appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off within a period of four weeks thereafter. The delay in filing the Appeal shall be condoned by the Authority. Before passing of any Order, the Kanchan P Dhuri
