Pursuant to the order dated 17th January 2024, the learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered a copy of communication dated 29th January 2024 that has been addressed to the Petitioner by the Higher and Technical Education Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. The same indicates that the Petitioner's proposal dated 4th January 2023 as revised on 14th June 2023 has been considered and decided in terms of the directions issued in Writ Petition No.8560 of 2023. The same is taken on record and marked as 'A' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, the direction issued in the aforesaid writ petition has been complied with. In case the Petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid communication it are free to challenge the same in accordance with law.
