The Applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Investigation of Crime No.425 of 2021 of Police Station Saswad, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 324, 327 and 364 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code is seeking Anticipatory Bail. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

I have been gone through the F.I.R. which shows that the incident happened on account of dispute, to purchase of sant. Perusal of the injury certificate dated 4th November 2021, shows that the informant had sustained simple injury which was treated in OPD. varsha

The learned APP states that in the circumstances, this Court may pass appropriate order as may be deemed, just and necessary. 5.

Hence, following order:

ORDER

i) In the event of his arrest in connection with investigation of Crime No.425 of 2021 registered with Saswad Police Station, Pune, the Applicant be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount. ii) The Applicant shall attend Investigating officer on 17.01.2022, 18.01.2022 and 19.01.2022 and as and when required by the Investigating Agency.

iii) The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigating Agency and shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to contact or to influence the complainant or prosecution witnesses/evidence.

iv) In the event of breach of any of the conditions, the bail is liable to be cancelled.

v) The criminal application is disposed of in the above terms.
