None of the reliefs sought by the prayers made in the civil application can be granted. There was no interim relief operating in favour of the applicant in the Trial Court. Hence, the interim relief sought by prayer clause (a) cannot be granted. In regard to the second prayer made by the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant states that a prayer for staying the
bsb 2 CAF359.15.doc suit would be made before the Trial Court by an appropriate application and the applicant is, therefore, not desirous of pressing the prayer made in prayer clause (b).
In view of the aforesaid, the civil application stands disposed of.
