The Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 3.10.2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-3, Kalyan. The Petitioner was externed from the limits of Thane District for a period of one year.

The record does not show that any stay was granted on the operation of this order. The order was passed in October, 2019. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, nothing survives in this Petition and it is dismissed as having rendered infructous.
