It is an application to bring the legal representatives of deceased applicant no.1 on record alongwith a prayer for condonation of 84 days delay caused in filing the present Civil Application. 3.

Perused the order dated 27th November, 2018 passed in Civil Application No. 1266 of 2018 and for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.
