1] Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and appellant Insurance Company.

2] This application is filed by the applicant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. The applicant is the mother of deceased and the claimant No.2, who is father, has died and therefore, applicant alone be permitted to withdraw the amount as may be permitted by this Court.

3] The appeal is filed only on the quantum of compensation, CAF 644 OF 2018 1/2

hence considering the requirement of applicant, she is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation subject to furnishing the usual undertaking.
