The Petitioner has not filed this Petition as a Public Interest Litigation which, as per the Rules framed by this Court mandates various disclosures to be made to demonstrate bonafides of the litigant.

In the light of this position, we are not inclined to proceed further in the Petition. The issue raised in this Petition for the illegality of the structure is kept open as and when it is brought before the Court in appropriate proceedings.
