In respect of Order dated 16/02/2022 passed by this Court, the learned AGP has filed affidavit-in-reply signed by the Respondent No. 3 on 22/02/2022 and more particularly in paragraph no. 3, it has mentioned that the Respondent No. 3 would decide the application described in alternate prayer clause B (iii) within eight weeks. Statement made in the affidavit is accepted.

The Order that would be passed by the Respondent No. 3 shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such Order.
