This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order passed by Special Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No. 10 of 2008 thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence punishable under sections 7, 12, 13 (1) (d) r/w section 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The delay is of 23 days.
