DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- On 21/5/2021, the applicant was admitted to protection from arrest. The applicant also offered to deposit Rs.Two lakhs which was made over to the informant. Since in the order dated 21/5/2021, the Court has recorded that the relationship between the complainant and the applicant was prima facie consensual and was going on for a long Tilak

The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, Mr.Gund who is present in the Court, state that there is no need for custodial interrogation of the applicant, in the wake of the accusations faced by him.
