By order dated 17 March 2015, the matter was placed on board today for dismissal. None appears for the Applicant when the matter is called out. Revision application is dismissed for nonprosecution. Later on, Mentioned at 4.30 p.m.

The learned counsel Mr.A.J.Jadhav appeared for the Applicant and Ms Divya Trivedi, for Respondent Nos.2 to 6. The Civil Revision Application was mentioned by learned counsel for both the parties and they tender their apology. The

3 CRA 290-13.doc learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled between the parties and the amount deposited by the Applicant Corporation has already been withdrawn by the Respondents. The learned counsel for the Respondents states that the amount is withdrawn by furnishing bank guarantee. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that in view of the settlement, the Respondents will be entitled to the amount, which the Respondents have withdrawn.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Respondents are entitled to keep the amount so withdrawn, no further orders are required to be passed. It will be open to the Respondents to make an appropriate representation to the Bank accordingly.
