Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 30/04/2015passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur in Sessions Case No. 125 of 2013 thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence punishable under section 3 (1) (x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and section 7 (1) (d) of Protection of Civil Rights Act and section 323 of Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 132 days.

2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3, 4 & 5, application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed. 3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Application stands disposed of.
