Civil application No. 3737 of 2017 is taken out by the applicant for seeking condonation of delay of 191 days in filing the First Appeal. 3.
Perused the civil application. For the reasons mentioned therein, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned subject to the applicant paying costs of Rs. 10,000/- to the respondents.
