The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Rule be issued and record and proceeding be called; for; (b) That this Hon'ble Court may be issue appropriate Writ/Direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and to direct the Respondent No.3 to hear and decide the pending proposals dated 25.09.2012 and pending proposal dated 09.06.2014 in respect of Survey Nos.4, 6 & 9 situated at Ashta Dist.Sangli as early as possible in support of government resolution dated 31.07.2023;"

The learned AGP appearing for all the Respondents, on instructions, has stated that pending proposals dated 25th September, 2012 and 9th June, 2014 in respect of Survey Nos.4, 6 and 9 situated at Ashta District Sangli shall be decided by Respondent No.3 on or before 30th July, 2024.

In light of the aforesaid statement we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing that the pending proposals dated 25th September, 2012 and 9th June, 2014 (referred to above) shall be decided by the concerned Authority on or before 30th July, 2024 and the decision of the same shall be communicated immediately thereafter to the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Though we have disposed of the above Writ Petition, we place the same on board for reporting compliance on 5th August, 2024.
