Heard Mr. Gangal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants on the restoration issue.

By the order dated 1st April, 2021, the petition was dismissed as infructuous based on the praecipe submitted by the office of Government Pleader. As such, the prayer was not objected by the Petitioner.

At this stage, Smt. Bane, learned AGP informs that the petition, which was dismissed was against the interim order and that being so, the petition can be disposed of on merits. 4.

As such, the application is ordered to be listed alongwith record of the Writ Petition for consideration on 3rd August, 2021. 5.
