P.C. :- 1] This petition challenges to the order dated 24 November 2014, by which certain interim reliefs were denied to the Petitioner. 2] It is reported that as of now, the evidence in main Petition No. A-75 of 2012 has already commenced. Therefore, rather than entertain this petition which concerns only interim reliefs, it would be appropriate if the Family Court is directed to dispose of the main petition as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight months from today.

3] Accordingly, the Family Court is directed to dispose of the main petition, i.e., Petition No.A-75 of 2012 within a period of eight months from today.

4] With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. 5] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
