This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 31.7.2015 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Pun, in Sessions Case No.963 of 2009 thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 306 read with Section 34 of IPC. The delay is of 4 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, the application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.
