Heard learned APP for the State. Application is filed for condonation of 47 days' delay occurred in filing aforesaid application for leave to appeal in Sessions Case No. 214 of 2013 delivered by Sessions Judge, Thane. By making averments in paragraph 2 & 3 of the application, the State has explained the delay. We find the same to be satisfactory. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Registry shall register the application for leave to appeal.
