Heard Mr. Ajit Kenjale, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Application is for bringing on record Legal Heirs of Respondent No.4. Mr. Kenjale submits that the deceased expired on 9th September 2020 and the application has been filed on 18th December 2021. He submits that as by the orders of the Supreme Court period of limitation was suspended, there is no delay in filing the present Interim Application. He submits that although Respondent Nos.4a and 4b are served, none appears for Respondent Nos.4a and 4b.

In view of this, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. The Petitioners to serve amended copy of the Petition on the Respondent Nos.4a and 4b.
