After this petition was heard for some time, Mr.Godbole, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition on instructions of Mr.Ajay Tiwari, Accountant of the Petitioner - Company, as given to the instructing Advocate, with a liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Mr.Godbole submits that to enable the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings, the status quo as of today be continued for some time.

Without expressing any opinion whatsoever and keeping all contentions of the parties open, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn in view of the request as made by Mr.Godbole with liberty as prayed for. The status quo as of today shall continue for a period of four weeks. 4.

Needless to observe that continuation of the status quo as of today shall not be construed as an opinion whatsoever on the merits of the rival claims. All the issues are at large and the contentions of the parties in any such proceedings are expressly kept open. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn however in the aforesaid terms. (G.S.KULKARNI, J.)
