P.C. :- 1] This petition challenges the orders made by the Trial Court and the Appeal Court ordering the eviction of the petitioner on the ground of default in payment of rent as also the bona fide and reasonable requirement of the respondent-landlord. 2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has always been the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was not the tenant of the suit premises and the tenant was his sister-in-law by name Ms Sheetal Shah. If this be the position, then the petitioner, cannot be said to be aggrieved by the impugned orders of eviction. 3] For the aforesaid reasons, this petition is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (M. S. SONAK, J.) 1/1
