The Respondent No.2-Complainant has also tendered affidavit and orally communicated to Court, her unwillingness to prosecute the matter further.

In this situation, subject to Applicant paying an amount of Rs.15,000/- as costs to Police Welfare Fund of State of Maharashtra, within four weeks from today, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
