This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record legal heirs of Respondent No.2F. There is delay of 11 years and 168 days in filing the Interim Application. Interim Application has been filed on 23rd December 2021 and copy of the same has been served on the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.1 who is the contesting Respondent. No reply is filed to the Interim Application. Respondent Nos.2B, 2C to 2E are the legal representatives of Respondent No.2F and they are already on record. The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.1 strongly opposes the application. However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses
