Mr. Rawool invited my attention to the order dated 23.09.2010 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition. He submitted that the controversy raised in the present Petition is covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Kisan Atmaram Kasti Vs. Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra, 2011 (3) Mh.L.J. 774. 3.
