Learned APP invited our attention to the communication dated 12th August 2021 forwarded to the Registry through the Senior Inspector of Police, Kolasewadi Police Station. It is stated that original accused Mr. Ravindra Mahadeo Jadhav resident of Kolasewadi, Kalyan, district Thane expired on 6th December 2011, i.e., during the pendency of appeal. Statement of widow of Ravindra Mahadeo Jadhav, Smt. Sunita Ravindra Jadhav as well as the brother of appellant - Mr. Vikas Mahadeo Jadhav is annexed to the communication. A photocopy of death certi9cate issued through grampanchayat Yenape, taluka Karad is also annexed to the communication. In view of these facts, nothing survives in the appeal. The appeal stands abated.
