By order dated 10 June 2014, it was recorded that prayer for vacating the interim relief cannot be granted as interim relief was granted after hearing and vacating the interim relief will make the petition infructuous. In the said order liberty was also granted to the Applicants to withdraw certain amounts deposited in the Registry of this Court. The learned counsel for the original Petitioners states that demand draft has already been deposited. In view of the order dated 10 June 2014 and subsequent steps taken

In case the Applicants have any other grievance remaining, it is always open to the parties to take out appropriate Civil applications, to be considered on merits.
