By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive relief;

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ, order or direction to Sr. Inspector of Police, E.O.W., CB, CID, Mumbai or any other agency to investigate the complaint at Exh-B dated 10th July, 2021, for the criminal offences committed."

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Police have investigated the said complaint of the petitioner dated 10th July, 2021 and that appropriate decision will be taken on the said complaint within one week and that the said decision will be communicated, forthwith, to the petitioner. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not heard the petition on merits, and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 6.
