The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the original Civil Revision Applicant Balkrishna Laxmidas Kothari on record whose names are mentioned in the cause title and for condonation of delay of 57 days in filing the application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits to the orders of the Court.
