The learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the office objections, if any, within a period of one week. Office to register the petition subject to removal of office objection. 2.

The limited relief which the petitioner is seeking in this petition is for a direction to the Collector not to disburse the amount of the land acquisition compensation in favour of the respondent No.7. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application has been made to Competent Authority/Sub Divisional Officer at Wada, District-Palghar to that effect. The learned N.S. 8-wpst-284-2020 Assistant Government Pleader states that the Competent Authority shall decide the said application with in a period of four weeks. The statement so made is accepted.

Needless to mention that till the said application is decided the amount shall not be disbursed. In the event the order passed by the Competent Authority on the application of the petitioner is adverse, the petitioner will have to take recourse to appropriate remedy, if any and if so advised. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. 4.
