Respondent no.2 original complainant is still not served. Statement of counsel for the petitioner is in view of the latter developments, interest of justice would be met with if the sessions trial itself is expedited. He points out that the petitioner is a responsible officer with defence force and working in forward area and it is very difficult or him to attend the trial. 2.

In this situation, without observing anything on the merits of the controversy, we direct the petitioner to appear before the trial court on the next scheduled date. Trial court shall thereafter nilegaonkar 1/2
