This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal challenging conviction of the application for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicant/accused as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The applicant is undergoing jail sentence. The delay occasioned is only of 89 days. The same is sufficiently explained in the application. Hence, the Order.
